Job description


Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engines.
Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success.
Research and analyze competitor backlinks.
Detecting OnSite SEO issues and providing solutions on how they should be addressed.
Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
Collect and analyze Google Analytics and Google Search Console data.

SEO experience
Knowledge of SEO ranking factors
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Basic knowledge of HTML
Excellent usage of English language, in speaking and writing. Other languages are a big plus

We, here at Samsung Adriatic, are looking for a dynamic, well-balanced, results oriented person who is looking to grow and develop not only themselves but our division as well. We are looking for a Web & SEO Manager whose main responsibilities will enhance with time as it follows:


Drive efficiently the content and user experience to optimize the Samsung brand experience and drive conversion to sales
Demonstrated ability to manage a Website team & process and to work collaboratively with Digital & Marketing team
Lead and coordinate website Shared service for Adriatic region
Onsite & offsite content administration in terms of Search engine optimization for the whole region
Assess and put in place tools to support ongoing optimization and asset management across the region
Utilize all digital and offline channels in order to improve the overall performance
Drive improved quality traffic owned and paid digital campaigns to increase conversion to sales
Work on performance analytics to understand current traffic and conversion funnel performance
Lead the marketing promotions and communication in accordance digital marketing strategy and programs
Monitors web traffic, performance and capacity to identify, prevent and resolve issues.
Report on a regular basis to Digital Marketing Manager on performance & improvements
Analyse analytics data to learn how users interact with your site
Management & Administration of digital budgets, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies (SAP)
Market and present web/digital strategies to diverse audiences, manage multiple projects and maintain schedules and budgets.
Fluent in development optimization techniques to deliver the best user experiences in the most technically efficient manner.
Manage company WebCMS, working with developers and editors to ensure it is meeting the needs of your organisation
Conduct content audits to identify gaps and redundancies in the site content
Create and implement content schedules for shared service to produce or update content
Responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of the infrastructure and software utilized for the organization's website.
Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure that the site provides content and functionality that meet the business needs of the organization.
Working at a regional level and effectively communicating with global and local, internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications needed:

University degree
At least 3 years of experience in web administration & digital marketing

Desirable knowledge:

Fluent knowledge of Macedonian language will be considered as a significant advantage
Experience in website maintenance - knowledge with one or more CMS' (Wordpress, Drupal, Magento…)
Experience in SEO – ability to coordinate SEO strategy on regional level (several languages)
Technically minded, with an understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility and other web technologies
Previously involved in bigger digital projects such as new website launch or e-commerce implementation
Familiar with Adobe products such as: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, Omniture…
Proven record of using data to provide compelling business insights in a digital environment
Strong ability to translate numbers into impactful, concise messages via reports for a broad audience
Creativity with a focus on digital innovation and technology
Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles
Highly organized, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once
Strategic, and able to oversee large projects and coordinate the work of others
Logical and analytical, with an ability to spot patterns, gaps and repetitions in web content
Willing to stay up to date with developments in your subject area and in developments in the digital world.

SEO is one of the best techniques to increase your sales but it is definitely not something that brings the results quickly. I have hired an expert for running the SEO campaign for my blog and got very good results but these took a lot of time whereas my Pay Per Click Advertising campaign shown instead results.
